Can you authenticate my item?
Only if you are looking to sell an item to us, we will authenticate it on arrival.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay & Klarna.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, Klarna is available at checkout where you can ‘Pay in 3’ making it accessible for you to split your payments over 90 days. Klarna is only available on orders up to a value of £1000.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a giftcard by searching 'giftcard'
SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will I receive my item?
Please check the item listing which shows the item location. we post out same day if you order before 12pm, so if the item is shown as in the UK, and you are too, you should receive it next day. Otherwise please allow up to a week, but we will keep you fully updated of your orders progress.
Can I change my address after I have placed an order?
We will try for you, please email us at customercare@heartluxuryfashion.com or fill out the contact us form with your order number, and we will do our best but if the order has already been packed then we won't be able to, but we can contact the courier to leave with a neighbour or change the day of delivery.
Do you send internationally?
Yes! Please add an item to your basket and the the shipping will be calculated depending on the order size and your location. Please feel free to contact us if you want to buy multiple items and you feel the price is too high we can look in to it for you.
What happens if my item has arrived damaged/faulty?
On the day of arrival please take photos of ALL the outer packaging, and the item itself and send to customercare@heartluxuryfashion.com and in some cases we may be able to open a dispute with the courier, which is on a case by case basis.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
I am afraid we process orders straight away so once placed we are unable to cancel it.
Can I return my order?
Purchases made online for products listed in our UK locations can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase should they not be as described, defective or it fails to perform as described. International sales are final.
The item(s) must be received back in the same condition it was received in.
All tags and labels must be intact, and the item should not show signs of wear/additional wear. Should the returns label be removed this will void the refund policy.
CONDITION
What condition are the items in?
We rigorously check each item for any damage or wear and classify the condition based on this, visible on the product page. We also show only actual photos of the item, and never stock photos from the brand.
Are your items in original boxes?
Sometimes the item will come with an original box, if so, this will be shown and stated on the item product page.
SELLING MY ITEM
How do I sell my item to you?
Please take accurate and current photos of your item(s) and complete the form at the 'Sell my item' page, please give any details of damage. We will come back to you within 24 hours. You will need to post your item to us, once authenticated we will pay directly in to your bank account within 24 hours.
Do you offer a consignment sale?
Yes, we pay 50-70% commission on the sale of the item not including shipping, depending on the brand, please fill out the 'sell my item' form. We will come back to you within 24 hours.
Do you buy super fakes?
NO! Please do not attempt to sell us fakes, we have a rigorous multi point inspection process and software to authenticate every brand. It is illegal to sell us a counterfeit item.
Can I part exchange or swap my item with an item on your website?
Yes, please fill out our 'sell my item' form and add in the notes which item you would like to swap or part exchange with.
